This fall, Prague fashion week took place in the historical building of Invalidovna — baroque complex in Karlin. We could see the work of many well-known Czech and Slovak fashion designers as well as the collections of high-school fashion ateliers.
IMRECZEOVA – presented very simple and minimalistic collection with feminine silhouettes and classic clean lines, monochromatic and sophisticated looks.
Lukáš Krnáč – a bit cheeky and provocative collection full of colors and energy
ODIVI – rather than a collection, ODIVI presented an idea, focusing on the importance of bringing a change into the fast paced fashion industry. Brought out a show with naked models and turned attention to sustainability.
Adam Kost – a collection with perfectly shaped knitwear using high quality materials and modest diversity of colors.
Zoltan Toth – beautiful collection accompanied by Prague Symphony Orchestra. The collection consisted of elegant evening dresses in different color palettes, from menthol, turquoise and pink through brown and creamy to dramatic black looks. The designer played with transparent and glittery materials and created majestic volumes and shapes. Many of the looks were complemented by hand crafted gloves in a color that perfectly underlined the look.
